Reskill AI Ltd, trading as CareVisor ("we", "us", "our"), takes your privacy seriously.

This policy sets out how we use and protect your personal data when you visit our website, enquire about CareVisor, or hold an account with us. As the data controller for that information, we are responsible for your personal data.

1. Who we are

Reskill AI Ltd is a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17289386. Our registered office is 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ. We are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office under registration number ZC243766.

2. What is personal data?

Personal data is any information about a person which identifies them.

3. When we are the controller, and when we are the processor

This policy covers personal data where we are the controller: website visitors, people who enquire about CareVisor, and the staff of care providers who hold accounts with us.

When a care provider uses CareVisor to run its service, we act as that provider's processor. The care records, staff records and billing information held in the platform belong to the provider, who is the controller. We handle that information only on their written instructions, under a Data Processing Agreement, and it is governed by their privacy notice rather than this one.

If you receive care, or are a relative or representative of someone who does, and you have a question about how your information is used, please contact your care provider directly.

4. What type of personal data do we collect?

We collect:

  • Identity and contact information, such as your name, job title, organisation, email address and telephone number.
  • Account information, such as your username, login activity and account preferences.
  • Correspondence, meaning the content of enquiries, demo requests and support messages you send us.
  • Technical information, such as your IP address, browser and device type, and how you use our website.
  • Marketing preferences, meaning your choices about receiving communications from us.

We do not collect sensitive personal data about you through our website. We do not take card payments on our website, and we do not store card details. Subscription payments are handled by a third party payment provider.

5. How do we collect your personal data?

We collect this data when you interact with us through our website, when you request a demo or enquire about CareVisor, when you or your organisation set up an account, and when you send us correspondence.

6. Cookies

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. We use them to keep our website working properly and to understand how it is used so that we can improve it.

We use two kinds of cookie:

  • Essential cookies, which are needed for the website to function, including the cookie that remembers your cookie choices. These do not require your consent.
  • Analytics cookies, which help us understand how visitors find and use our website. We set these only if you agree.

When you first visit our website, you can accept or reject non-essential cookies. We will not set them unless you accept, and you can change your choice at any time using the cookie settings on our website.

The information collected through analytics cookies tells us how the website is used. It is not used to identify you personally.

You can also block or delete cookies through your browser settings. If you block essential cookies, parts of our website may not work properly.

In accordance with data protection law, we can only use your personal data if we have a legal basis for doing so. We use personal data for the following reasons:

You can opt out by following the opt out links within any promotional material sent to you.

If you opt out of receiving promotional communications, you will still receive essential communications relating to services we are providing you.

9. Who else gets your personal information?

CareVisor does not disclose your personal information for a business purpose except as set out in this policy. Your personal information is never otherwise sold or shared with third parties.

We will keep the majority of your personal data for so long as you use our services or the website, or until you withdraw your consent where this is our legal basis for processing.

We will only keep information about orders and payments for longer than this. We will keep this data for a period of six years after our relationship with you has ended.

14. Your legal rights

You have the following rights:

  • The right to be provided with a copy of your personal data that we hold.
  • The right to ask us to correct any personal data we hold about you.
