Simple by design,
Transparent on Price.

Most care software is either too complicated for your team or too thin to rely on. CareVisor is built to be neither, with pricing you can understand at a glance.

Transparent pricing
Clear pricing with no hidden fees. We know how frustrating it is when you can’t find a price without booking a demo first. That’s why our pricing is right here, clear from the outset.
User friendly
Built with people who run a care service, so it's simple from the first shift. Carers pick up the app in minutes, without a training manual.
Inspection-ready by default
Care plans, MAR charts, visit records and incidents are structured around CQC's five key questions, so the evidence builds as your team works.
Everything in one place
Rotas, call monitoring, eMAR, compliance and invoicing all in one system, so you're not stitching together four different suppliers.

The platform

Six connected modules, from referral to invoice.

Everything you enter once carries through, so your evidence builds itself.

01

Client Intake

Take a referral, capture the assessment, build the care plan and agree the package in one flow. Everything you enter once carries through to rotas, care records and invoicing.

02

Staff Onboarding

Guided checklists collect the Enhanced DBS and Adults' Barred List check, right to work, references and Care Certificate progress before a new carer takes their first call.

Rota & Visits

Build the week by competency, continuity and geography instead of memory. Carers check in and out on the app, so you know who was where and for how long, in real time.

Care Plans, eMAR & Documents

Person-centred care plans, risk assessments, MAR charts and consent forms built from templates you control. Reviews are prompted before they fall overdue, medication is recorded at the point of administration.

05

Incidents & Safeguarding

A carer raises a concern from the doorstep, the office triages it the moment it lands, and safeguarding referrals, duty of candour actions and CQC notifications follow with the full decision trail attached.

Invoicing & Payroll

Invoice local authorities, ICBs, NHS Continuing Healthcare packages, direct payment holders and private clients from the same visit data your carers produced. Payroll exports account for travel time between calls.

Registered Managers & Nominated Individuals

One view of the service: open safeguarding concerns, overdue supervisions, expiring DBS checks, medicines errors and missed calls.

The things you'd be asked about on an assessment day, visible on an ordinary Tuesday.

Care Coordinators & Schedulers

Build the rota by competency, continuity and geography rather than memory. Changes reach carers automatically.

The travel time implications of a rota change are visible before you publish it.

Care & Support Workers

Today's calls, the care plan, the MAR chart, check in and out, and a way to raise a concern, in one app.

Works when the signal doesn't. No paper timesheets, no group chats carrying clinical information.

Founding offer

We are taking a small number of founding design partners before general release.

CareVisor is live in Australia and building its England release now. We want to build the England compliance layer alongside innovators and care sector experts, so that it reflects how providers actually work rather than how software assumes they do.

Providers supporting adults in domiciliary care or supported living in England.

CQC consultants specialising in domiciliary care industry

Founding design partners receive

Limited places
  • A minimum of three months at no cost
  • A pre-release founding rate, locked for the life of the account
  • Direct access to our team
  • Your service among the first in England running on the platform

What we ask in return

Help us build the England compliance layer properly and provide feedback. We want your voice to shape the product.

Built for the framework change, not around it

CQC is changing its framework. Your evidence shouldn't have to.

Services in England are still assessed under the Single Assessment Framework. The replacement has been confirmed but not yet published, and CQC is piloting the new method until October.

What survives the change

Five key questions. Six evidence categories.

They carry across both frameworks, so that's what CareVisor maps your evidence to.

What that means for you

When the new framework lands, it's a relabelling exercise for us, not a re-implementation project for you.

The things providers actually ask us.

Straight answers. Where we aren't there yet, we say so.

CQC is changing framework again. What happens to our evidence?
Services in England are still assessed under the Single Assessment Framework and its 34 quality statements. In March 2026 CQC confirmed 24 Key Lines of Enquiry to replace them, the consultation closed on 12 June 2026, and the final framework has not yet been published. Implementation is expected towards the end of 2026. CareVisor indexes your evidence against the five key questions and six evidence categories, which carry across both frameworks, and presents it against whichever structure is live. When the new framework arrives, your existing evidence re-presents against the new KLOEs rather than needing to be rebuilt.
Are you on the NHS England assured solutions list for DSCRs?
We are working through NHS England's DSCR capability assessment and standards assurance process and will publish the outcome on this page when it completes.
Does CareVisor handle electronic call monitoring?
Yes. Carers check in and out through the mobile app, capturing visit start and end times, duration and location. That gives you the ECM evidence commissioners and CQC look for, and the basis for accurate invoicing and payroll. Local authorities vary in the reporting formats they require, so we confirm coverage for your specific commissioners before you commit.
Where does our data live?
CareVisor's England deployment runs on UK-based cloud infrastructure. Personal data relating to the people you support, your staff and your billing is held in the UK.
Can you migrate us off our current system?
Yes. We handle structured exports of people supported, staff records, care plans and documents from your current platform if you have one. We will scope your specific export format before you sign anything, because migration quality is where most system changes go wrong.
Do you replace our rostering or finance system?
Not necessarily. Plenty of providers have a rostering or finance system that works and a compliance problem that doesn't. CareVisor can run as the evidence and compliance layer alongside what you already have, or as the full operational platform. We would rather integrate well than force a change you didn't ask for.
Is there a minimum term?
Standard plans are billed monthly or annually with a one-month notice period. Founding provider agreements carry their own terms, set out in the agreement. If you leave, we export your data in a structured, machine-readable format at no charge, which also supports your own record retention obligations under the Records Management Code of Practice.
